1. Eligibility

3. Author Content

Authors who upload books or audio content to eSoma Global confirm that:

They own the content or have all rights necessary to publish and sell it.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material.

Authors retain ownership of their content, but grant eSoma a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, market, and sell that content through the platform.

4. Purchases

Readers may purchase digital books through the platform. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Books may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared unlawfully.
Pricing may be set by authors, the platform, or both.
Refunds, if any, will be handled under the applicable refund policy.

5. Payments to Authors

Authors may receive payments based on eligible book sales made through the platform. eSoma may deduct platform fees, transaction charges, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, or other applicable deductions before payouts are made.

Payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and supported payout methods may be described separately inside the app or seller dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, including its branding, design, code, layout, and software, belong to eSoma Global.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform unlawfully.
You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
